AOD is pleased to announce the award of five new scholarships for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training.  These scholarships were funded by our first annual AOD Scramble for Scholarships golf fundraiser in May 2018.   The CNA training will be conducted at the North Alabama School for CNAs in Huntsville.  Each $1,000 scholarship includes the tuition for the two-week training program, the state exam fee, and a gift certificate for scrubs/uniform items.  Scholarship recipients are:

Carletta Hunt - scholarship sponsored by Strategic Alliance Business Group (SABG)

Two additional CNA training scholarships will be awarded in September, also funded by the golf fundraiser.  Applications may be downloaded here and are due not later than September 8, 2018.
