Jeff is a retired Air Force veteran and President of Coggin Operations Group, Worldwide headquartered in Auburn, Alabama. Jeff and his family have lived in Auburn, Alabama since 2008. Jeff leads CareerKwest USA, a partnering initiative between AOD and Coggin Operations Group.

Through CareerKwest USA, Jeff offers the True Careers personality assessment and career readiness workshops to various groups.  AOD funds some of these workshops for clients of the Opelika Christian Women's Job Corps (CJWC) and others.
