Lucille joined the AOD board in 2013.  Lucille Gardner is the owner of Gardner Consulting Group International. (GCGI) GCGI provides consulting services:  employee development workshops and keynote speaking services.Lucille and her  family have lived in the Huntsville, Alabama area since 2007.
